At SparksNBlings, all of our pieces are handcrafted to order, and we take pride in ensuring every item is packaged and shipped with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Because all items are handmade, processing time may vary:

Standard Orders: 3–7 business days

Custom or Personalized Orders: 7–14 business days
You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.

We ship from the European Union and offer both domestic and international shipping.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via registered, trackable services (e.g. DHL, DPD, or national postal services depending on destination). You will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the European Union:

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.
We cannot mark orders as "gifts" to bypass customs regulations.
Shipping Guarantee & Lost Parcels
We ensure every parcel is carefully packaged. However, if your item is lost in transit or not delivered within 30 days, please contact us and we will open a case with the courier.

Claims for lost packages must be made within 40 days of shipment.
